Concerning Mead
Mead is a traditional alcoholic beverage, known since ancient times, made by fermenting honey with the addition of water, often also spices and fruits. It played an important role in various rituals, feasts, and the most significant moments in life. Popular in ancient Egypt and among northern lands deep in snow.
In Poland and Lithuania, mead-making reached its peak due to the specific climate, which provided ideal conditions for honey production, while making it difficult to cultivate vineyards.
Our Principles
Our mead is made exclusively of natural ingredients: high-quality honey, pure water, carefully selected herbs, spices, and fruits. We use noble yeasts for fermentation and never rush the process. Thanks to this, our products are full of authentic taste and perfectly reflect the spirit of tradition. Our goal is to let every mead mature patiently before it reaches your hands. We are not interested in half measures or shortcuts.

We are enthusiasts of both history and mead. For over 25 years, we have combined the life of history reenactors with our creative passion for mead-making. We draw inspiration from long-trodden and forgotten paths, while continually searching for new ones.
