         RETURNS TAB TEMPLATE <\/strong><\/p>

If for some reason you would like to return the goods purchased in our store, here you will find all the necessary tips on how to do it. <\/p>

Remember that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. Returns made after this deadline will not be considered. <\/strong><\/p>

The return procedure in our store is very simple and consists of the following steps:<\/p>

STEP 1 \u2013 FILL IN THE RETURN FORM <\/strong><\/p>

If you want to return the purchased goods, at the beginning download and fill out the return form available at this link:  AKTYWNY LINK DO PODSTRONY<\/strong><\/p>

Then, you should print the completed form. <\/p>

STEP 2 \u2013 PREPARE A PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED GOODS<\/strong><\/p>

Place the printed form and the returned goods in the package in which you intend to send them back.<\/p>

If possible, use the packaging in which you received the goods for return \u2013 thanks to this you will save money and contribute to reducing the amount of waste. <\/p>

The parcel with the goods should be prepared in such a way that the returned goods reach us safely. Remember that in accordance with art. 34 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, you are responsible for damage to the goods caused by you, the value of which we can deduct from the money returned to you. <\/strong><\/p>

STEP 3 \u2013 SEND THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED GOODS<\/strong><\/p>

Send the finished package by post or courier to the following address:<\/p>

STEP 4 \u2013 WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND <\/strong><\/p>

We will refund the money for the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package. <\/p>

We will refund the money to you in the same way as it was used to pay for the goods. <\/p>
