Bernardine

Trójniak Bernardyński is one of the most famous mead styles in history. The Benedictine and later Cistercian orders (associated in Poland with Bernard of Clairvaux) specialized in the production of beers and meads with the addition of hops, the use of which they promoted in medieval Europe.

All in accordance with the motto: Ora et labora…et bibere!

Composition: Water, honey, hops, rose flower, violet root (iris germanica). Yeast and time were also actively involved in production
